Del Martinez is president of CEM Solutions Group. As a business executive and technology consultant with more than 25 years of experience, he is known for his ability to work with clients to develop technology solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization and align their technology roadmap with their business strategy. Del enjoys helping businesses achieve success by implementing scalable technology solutions that increase efficiency.
Del served in the U.S. Navy specializing in avionics and weapons systems on fighter aircraft. He was assigned to VF114 based out of Miramar, Calif., and the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln.
Del has a Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Phoenix.
Sindi Major-Martinez

Sindi Major-Martinez is chief executive officer of CEM Solutions Group and an accomplished business and technology executive with more than 25 years of experience working with organizations in the private sector and government contracting organizations. She has worked for large organizations in various leadership positions and has started two of her own award-winning technology and consulting companies. Sindi has a passion for connecting technology with business strategy.
Sindi currently sits on the College of Management and Technology Advisory Board for Walden University. She is also a member of the Loudoun Tech Coalition, HIMSS, and PMI.
She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University. She received her Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business Executive Program at Arizona State University. She is a Certified HIPAA Compliance Officer and a Certified Healthcare Cybersecurity Officer.
